A bit about our history
The desire to create the best bakes came from the need to satisfy my family's ever growing need for gluten, dairy, and soya free desserts. When a family member was diagnosed with intolerances at just a year old, 13 years ago, we quickly realised that much would need to change. We began to make cakes to suit his dietary requirements but that also wouldn't leave the rest of the family feeling as though they had missed out; our Free From deserts needed to be as good, if not better than what my entire family had been used to!
From Victoria sponge to chocolate mousse, Christmas Pudding to Choux buns, we created desserts that would satisfy the Free From consumer as much as those who do not have intolerances. Throughout the years, we've had more diagnoses dotted around our large family and it feels so good to be able to create goods that allow us all have a slice from the same cake. To allow us all to stand under the umbrella, together.
All of our bakes are free from gluten, soya and dairy, however some are also nut free, egg free and sugar free or can be made so on request. Some can be made egg, refined sugar free or vegan on request. Just drop us a line and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements.
